This will enable our company to maintain, through its adoption, the very highest standards of customer & consumer care possible, whilst maintaining and continuously improving the levels of customer/consumer satisfaction and employee development.

This policy will be reviewed annually or earlier if significant changes occur, to ensure its continuing suitability, adequacy and effectiveness.
